Reading the Work occasionally shares anonymous excerpts from completed Readings to explain the observational framework.

No identifying information, artwork images, artist names, or personal details will be published without your permission.

You may choose during submission whether anonymous excerpts may be used.

8. Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are shown on each service page.

Delivery begins after:

  • payment has been received; and

  • your complete artwork submission has been reviewed, accepted, and confirmed by Reading the Work.

If additional clarification is required before preparation begins, delivery may be adjusted accordingly.

Because every Reading is individually written, minor factual corrections may be requested if information has been misunderstood.

10. Refunds

Refunds are available until preparation of your Reading has begun.

Preparation begins after your complete artwork submission has been reviewed, accepted, and confirmed by Reading the Work.

Once preparation has begun, your Reading becomes non-refundable because every Reading is individually prepared from the artwork you have submitted.

If Reading the Work is unable to provide the agreed service, an appropriate refund will be issued.

They may not be redistributed, resold, copied, or republished without written permission.
