You retain full ownership and copyright of every artwork you submit.

Submitting artwork to Reading the Work does not transfer ownership, copyright, or licensing rights.

Reading the Work receives permission only to observe and prepare the agreed Reading.


4. Anonymous Reading Excerpts

If you choose to allow it during submission, Reading the Work may share anonymous excerpts from completed Readings for educational purposes.

These excerpts will never include:

  • your name

  • identifying information

  • artwork images

  • personal details

without your explicit permission.

Participation is entirely optional.


5. Email Communication

If you subscribe to Foundation Notes, download resources, or purchase a Reading, you may receive emails relating to:

  • your purchases

  • requested resources

  • Foundation Notes (if subscribed)

  • important updates about Reading the Work

You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
